It all started with a Christmas cookie.

Every December, I have a tradition of baking cookies for my clients during the holidays. I prepare batches of dough ahead of time and bake fresh cookies each day to hand out, always making my signature M&M chocolate chip cookies. Some years I baked over 20 dozen cookies, and it quickly became one of my favorite parts of the season.

What made it even more special was how much my clients loved them. People began looking forward to those cookies every year and would ask about them as the holidays approached. Seeing how excited everyone was to receive them is what inspired me to start sharing my baking beyond December—and that’s how this little cookie idea turned into something bigger.
